Howdy, I’m Timothy Johnson…

I’m a Colorado native and hold a BSBA in Real Estate from Thomas Edison State University of Trenton, New Jersey. I have also trained in Colorado Real Estate Appraisal, completing the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) course.

I began my career at the age of 19 with Sterling Real Estate Group and after four years of market experience, I started my independent brokerage, Circle J Real Estate, with a desire to better meet the needs of each client through integrating practical systems that bring effective results.

Though in the industry now for over ten years, I feel the importance of continually learning and improving, and have recently acquired the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation through the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.

My wife Laura and I have a charming little girl, Hayley. We’ve worked together in dairy farming and now real estate. We enjoy horseback riding, raising livestock, gardening, and mountain climbing.

Back in the days of the Colorado open range, the west was governed by an unspoken code. Individuals understood a man was only as good as his word, and qualities like honesty, courage, dependability, and common sense were just a way of life.

With a passion for ranching and the old cowboy ways, I grew up raising calves, dairy & beef cows, and various other livestock on the edge of the Denver Metro. The “Circle J Slash” was my family’s working cattle brand –- not just a brand, but also a symbol of our good name, reputation, and integrity.

When I started my independent real estate brokerage in 2013, I choose to use the Circle J brand to represent the integrity, character, and hard work that I commit to you and every one of my clients.

Circle J Real Estate strives to operate according to principles in the Bible, and as a Christian I commit to pray for God’s blessing on each client throughout their transaction.
